Arrival & Departure Details
📍 Arrival - June 15, 2026
Arrive at Philmont CHQ before 11:00 AM to complete all basecamp procedures before hitting the trail on June 16th.
Meals at Basecamp
If you arrive before the meal cutoff time, you may eat at Philmont:
- Lunch: Arrive before 11:30 AM
- Dinner: Arrive before 4:30 PM
Complete arrival plans must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to arrival day.
🏠 Departure - June 22, 2026
The crew will come off the trail on Sunday, June 21st and spend the final night at basecamp.
Normal departure is after breakfast on Monday, June 22nd.

- June 15: Arrive at basecamp, orientation
- June 16-21: On the trail (6 days)
